Silverpine » Devlog
- Added an ingame editor for custom player character definitions
- Fixed (?) NPCs becoming incoherent over time when using OpenRouter. This most likely doesn't work retroactively for saves where the NPCs have already become incoherent
- Added better sprites for the different height levels of tall grass
- Rosalyn's and Hayden's shops now get more traffic
- NPCs can now help finish construction sites
- NPCs will no longer refer to the player's home as the abandoned shed once renovated
- Fixed traveling NPCs teleporting out when spoken to
- Miscellaneous improvements and bug fixes

Does this make the current character models available, or do we still need to get our own custom models? It looks like they are not available. I would be fine with the current models in the game but the ability to modify the descriptions.
Thank you, Dev!
Added an ingame editor for custom player character definitions
Where is this gem and how do we use it? I don't see anything new over in settings or the other menus, unless I'm totally blind.
Awesome update is awesome, by the by.
There's a "Create Custom" button on the character selection screen.
Ah, I see it now. Very nice. Handy instructions for the icon and the ability to change up the offset of the chat picture directly instead of guesswork with the numbers.
Add rp with the monsters/combat, and add a custom enemy/npc/world creator
The custom enemy/npc/world creator sounds like a lot. I tend to pick fights with Oriana, Darian or Gareth if I want to RP combat. I always keep one or two NPCs at low relationship just to add conflict to dialogs and such.
in interested in turning fights with monsters into adult encounters or making them into followers instead of enemies.
I've been in a weird place with the game, and I just so happen to have my PC working as of this particular hour and the new install isn't asking me to pick a Nemo or Gemma to download. Are we entirely server based now or am I overlooking a way to run the game locally?
If both "Use AI Server" and "Use API" are disabled in the settings, the game will give you the option when you exit the main menu.
