  • Changed how NPCs are handled in memory to support having more NPCs in the game in the future. This currently only means increased dialog quality for Nemo/Gemma, as there is less redundant information to be considered by the LLM
  • Revamped long-term memory with an importance score based system
  • Added more candles to the bathhouse
  • Fixed perishable items not being craftable
  • Fixed the abandoned shed's plot being slightly too small
  • Fixed Hayden being homeless on old saves

Not super soon since there are higher priority things to work on right now. But it's technically possible now, and I do have some ideas.

That's exciting news. Maybe Silverpine will have that Blacksmith that the lore specifically says Silverpine doesn't have. Unless that lore is never going to change?

please prioritize custom npcs over hardcoded ones.

I fully expect the customizable NPC to come out before any other NPC ideas like a blacksmith. There are enough request for it to be higher priority.

Lore wise, I think Silverpine needs a carpenter, builder, or some similar trade that can explain who erected Silverpine's buildings in the first place. Also, a new vendor for building related items like furniture. Aldric can afford to lose some inventory, he has way too much stuff.
