Major changes:

• If you plan a meeting somewhere/sometime with an NPC, they'll now actually show up
• Improved dialog quality
• NPCs now have a better idea of their location when not inside a building
• Updated Rosalyn's and Jabari's directional sprites
• Improved the UI
• Buffed night vision
• Made rainy/stormy nights less dark
