Out of curiosity, what are all the actions an NPC can take?

From what ive seen, the list includes:

make items relevant to current context of chat
Take items off player dependent on context (such as gold when buying stuff)
Interact with any world object to usebits function (e.g. light a candle or fireplace, close a door.

Might be more but all ive seen falls into these three categories so far.
