Major changes:

  • Added an NPC that travels between Silverpine and the capital to fetch goods from the market crate
  • NPCs can now interact with more objects during dialogs
  • NPCs can now see the contents of containers
  • NPCs can now leave the town world tile and travel to other world tiles during their routines
  • Further fleshed out NPC routines and added a sort of daily event system
  • NPC pathfinding now prefers roads
  • NPCs now path around the player when it makes sense
  • NPCs can now use multiple NPC actions per dialog turn
  • Added NPC moods
  • Added a metalworking bench to that lets you repair tools and weapons
  • Added UI scaling
  • Added the option to right-click objects to interact with them
  • Many sprites have been updated
  • Polished high-res dialog sprites for Sybil, Kane, Nimo, and Blair
  • Updated directional sprites for Nimo, Sybil, and Kane
  • Added proper bathtubs to the bathhouse private rooms
  • Added round tables
  • Dropped items now scale down to fit the pixel size of the rest of the game
  • Items can now weight less than 1 unit. Item weights for small items have been adjusted
  • Switching between world tiles has been optimized and is now much faster. This should also stop the WebGL version from crashing
  • When one character says something another character dislikes during a conversation you no longer lose relationship levels
  • Your daily remaining requests to the AI server are now visible in the settings tooltip
  • The shed now unlocks if Gareth gives you the key to the shed through RP means without selling it to you
  • You can now haggle over the price of the shed and room with Gareth
  • Sleep can now be broken out of at the cost of sanity by spamming movement inputs
  • Bug fixes and QoL changes
